We act solely as a venue. We do not employ the experts listed, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of the advice provided by users.

3. ACCOUNTS AND PROFILE CLAIMING

3.1. Public Submissions: Users may submit profiles without creating an account. By submitting, you grant us permission to display this information publicly.

3.2. Claiming Profiles: To manage a profile, enable commercial features, or edit data, you must authenticate and "claim" the profile using the unique token sent to your email.

3.3. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password and token used to access the service.

4. CONSULTATIONS AND PAYMENTS

4.1. Direct Arrangements: Useless Knowledge facilitates the initial connection between a Visitor and an Expert. Any subsequent agreement, consultation, or financial transaction is strictly between the Visitor and the Expert.

4.2. No Payment Processing: We do not process payments, hold funds, or act as an escrow agent.

4.3. Non-Circumvention: While we do not currently charge a commission, we reserve the right to introduce fees or payment processing in the future with notice.

4.4. Disputes: We are not a party to any dispute between a Visitor and an Expert. We generally do not intervene in disagreements regarding advice given or fees unpaid.

5. USER CONTENT

5.1. Ownership: You retain ownership of the text and images you upload.

5.2. License: By posting content, you grant Useless Knowledge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the service (e.g., featuring your profile on our homepage or social media for promotion).

5.3. Accuracy: You warrant that your "Day Job" and "Skill Title" are accurate and not misleading.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
Use the service to solicit services that are illegal, dangerous, or sexual in nature.
Harvest or collect email addresses of other users for spamming purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer the "claim token" logic or site infrastructure.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy of the "Useless Knowledge" shared by experts. Reliance on any information provided by an expert is solely at your own risk.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Useless Knowledge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service or any interaction with other users.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
